These Terms of Use apply to visitors, members, content contributors and advertisers using the services at pvpbe.com. PVPBE.COM is an independent platform offering game server listings, community comments, blog articles, advertising placements and Knight Online GB price comparisons.
Accounts and security
Register with an accurate email address you can access. Email verification is required to access the dashboard and create listings. Protect your password, do not share it and report suspicious activity. The legal security obligations of both users and the platform remain unaffected. Users under 18 need their legal representative’s consent for membership and transactions; advertising agreements require the necessary legal capacity.
Listings, comments and user content
You are responsible for the accuracy of your titles, descriptions, images, videos, comments and links, and for holding the rights needed to share them. Do not disclose another person’s personal data without authorization. Listings may be reviewed before publication; approval does not guarantee the content, licensing, reliability or service of the listed server. Listing owners are responsible for keeping their information current.
Prohibited conduct
Unlawful, misleading or fraudulent content, insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, spam and violations of others’ rights are prohibited. Do not distribute malware, conduct phishing, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security measures, generate fake engagement or manipulate comments or advertising systems. Automated requests that disrupt the platform are not permitted.
Moderation, restrictions and reports
Management may review content, suspend publication and proportionately restrict accounts or IP access where there is a suspected violation, security risk, competent authority request or need to protect the service. Report unlawful content or copyright concerns to destek@pvpbe.com with the page URL, an explanation and any evidence of your rights. Reports are assessed without limiting mandatory legal obligations.
Advertising and sponsored listings
Advertising and sponsored placements provide paid visibility; they do not mean the platform recommends the advertiser or server. Placement, content, duration, price and other conditions are agreed in writing before the transaction. Advertisers are responsible for lawful images and destination links. Link changes requested through the customer dashboard take effect after management approval.
Publication period, cancellation and refunds
An advertisement’s end date is the day publication ends. For example, an ad ending on 24 October 2026 is no longer considered live from the start of that day in Türkiye time. Cancellation, early suspension, outages and refund requests are assessed under the written advertising agreement, service delivered and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved; there is no blanket no-refund rule for every service.
GB prices and external links
GB Tracker compares third-party buy and sell prices for information. Prices, stock and transaction conditions can change; verify the destination site before buying or selling. PVPBE is not a seller of in-game currency or a payment intermediary for these transactions. External links and advertisements lead to independent sites whose services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property and independence
Original PVPBE software, design and branding, and third-party game names, logos and images, belong to their respective rights holders. Users grant a non-exclusive permission, limited to operating the service, to display and technically adapt their content and use it in listing share previews; ownership is not transferred. PVPBE is independent and has no official affiliation with NTTGame, MGAME or the owners of listed games. Publishing a listing does not establish that a private server is licensed.
Privacy and service notifications
Our Privacy Policy explains personal data processing. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to all processing or marketing messages. Account verification and password reset emails support secure use of the service. Where required, valid permission is obtained separately for marketing communications and non-essential tracking.
Service availability and responsibility
Maintenance, updates, faults or security requirements may affect the service. Uninterrupted access, specific visitor numbers, sales or revenue are not promised. This does not exclude liability arising from the platform’s own fault or mandatory law. Users should assess the conditions of transactions with third parties themselves.
Changes, applicable law and contact
The current version is published here with its update date. Material changes are separately notified where appropriate, and renewed acceptance is requested where legally required.
